Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Pockvue Solutions Inc., we are excited to have you as an early member of our storytelling community. We understand that plans change, and we want your experience with us to be risk-free. This policy outlines how you can cancel your reservation and receive a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

The Reservation Fee paid to secure your first-year discount for Streak Stories is 100% refundable. The Reservation Fee is fully refundable at any time during the beta testing phase of the application.

2. How to Request a Refund

To cancel your reservation and request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@streakcard.com from the email address used during your initial sign-up.

2. Include your Full Name, Registered E-mail Address and Order Confirmation Number (if available).

3. You do not need to provide a reason, though we welcome your feedback to help us improve.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (via our payment processor, Stripe). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account for security reasons.

Timeline: Once we process your request, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Fees: You will receive a refund for the full amount paid. Pockvue Solutions Inc. covers any transaction fees associated with the refund process.

4. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and issue a full refund at our discretion if:

• The Early Adopter Program is discontinued for any reason.

• We suspect fraudulent payment activity.

• Technical errors occur during the checkout process that result in an incorrect charge.

5. Guaranteed Delivery Date (FTC Compliance)

Per our Terms and Conditions, we aim to deliver the App by June 10, 2026. If we are unable to provide your access link and Beta code by this date:

• We will notify you via email regarding the delay.

• You will have the absolute right to cancel your reservation immediately for a full refund if you do not wish to wait for the revised delivery date.
