• Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or full financial details on our servers.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data via cookies to improve website performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected from parents to:
• Process your Early Adopter reservation.
• Send you the Beta Access Code and download link on June 10, 2026.
• Provide updates regarding the app launch and your membership perks.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent transactions.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our storytelling app is designed for children aged 3–10. However, this pre-launch website is intended for parents and guardians only.
• No Collection of Children's Data: We do not knowingly collect, request, or store any personal information from children under the age of 13 at this pre-launch stage.
• Future App Launch: Upon the launch of the App on June 10, 2026, we will implement Verifiable Parental Consent (VPC) before any personal information is collected from a child user, in full compliance with COPPA.
• Parental Rights: If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at support@streakcard.com immediately, and we will delete the data.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers necessary to run our business, including:
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• WebEngage & Postmark: For sending you your reservation confirmation and access codes.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.
• Meta Ads (Pixel) & Facebook Lookalike Audience: Tracks conversions from ads on Facebook/Instagram.
• Microsoft Clarity: Processes cookies and usage data for UX optimization.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado), you may have the right to:

• Request the deletion of your data.
• Opt-out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in our emails.
